We offer: The company specializes in assembly manufacturing of suspended cap-and-pin (disk) high-voltage glass insulators (U40 – U210)

The planned production capacity is 20,000 insulators per month. The product range cover more than ten types of glass insulators.
Our achievements: - renewal of insulator production at L’viv Insulator Company, 2002-2005;

- establishment of high-voltage pin insulators at Lytkarino, Moscow region, the Russian Federation, 2005-2006;

- technical management of production of glass components for U70 insulators in Makhachkala, the Republic of Dagestan, 2008;

- technical assistance in glass insulators plant development for “U.M.E.C.” in Yuzhnoural’sk, the Russian Federation, 2008-2009.

We have successfully co-operated with well-known European developers of equipment for glass insulators production.
Quality: Products of the enterprise have been tested and certified by one of the world's most authoritative laboratories that specialize in high-voltage energetics - "VEI"(Moscow, Russia).

Hardware and glass parts come from well-known providers. Network of company's contractors is worldwide and consists of Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese and other enterprises, that employ modern production lines and are ISO-certified.

The technology of assembly of each insulator type is thoroughly researched and it's implementation is strictly inspected. High quality and reliability of company's products are guaranteed by personnel's and technical management's qualification, small production series fulfilling specific orders, and mandatory post-production control.

Our manufacturing firm, the limited liability company “ZIF”, has been formed in July 2009. The plant is situated in Rivne region, Ukraine, not far from the ancient city of Dubno, which is well known after the famous novel "Taras Bul’ba" by M. Gogol’.

Initiators, founders, and employees are internationally known Ukrainian specialists in insulator production with long experience in this branch.
